Our dishes bring all the goodness of Trentino to the table and the energy you need after the climb. We welcome you with 60 seats in the warmth of our indoor dining room and another 60 outside, perfect for enjoying lunch kissed by the sun.
Ours is a substantial proposal, designed to offer true flavors and first-quality ingredients. We value organic products and local excellence, celebrating tradition, in our own way, in every recipe. We believe in the creative reuse of raw materials to zero waste. For example, our polenta, which occasionally is reborn in the form of delicious homemade gnocchetti; or our homemade bread which, once "aged", takes on new life with milk, vegetables, and speck to transform into the typical canederli: two specialties to be savored!

Your refreshing break at the summit
The bar service completes the refuge experience, offering a space dedicated to refreshment after your excursions. The welcome is informal, in pure alpine style: a regenerating drink, a cake, or a cold beer are ideal to recharge your energy while admiring the view.

We gladly prepare valid vegetarian and vegan alternatives to satisfy every palate. In case of food intolerances, such as gluten, we pay the utmost attention in preparation. Operating in a small kitchen and in a context characterized by various management difficulties, we invite you to inform us of your needs to find the most suitable and safe solutions for your meal together.
